Lauren Beckjord

I'm a twenty-something with a knack for design and a passion for working with people. Outgoing and communicative, I seek opportunities to be involved in my communities and to better them. One way I do this is by using my knowledge of graphic design and the Adobe Creative Suite to communicate messages with wider audiences and solve creative problems. I enjoy seeking opportunities to apply my technical skills, work with a team, contribute creatively, and, above all else, foster my personal and professional growth!

Through digital media and graphic design courses at McDaniel College and over three years of experience gained at Graphcom, I continue to learn the ins and outs of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, After Effects, and PremierePro. I really enjoy puzzling my way through these programs. Growth is something that I value highly and by challenging myself with creative projects, a range of experiments, and ever increasing standards, I've been honoring that value. I'm not satisfied with a project if I haven't learned from it.
